About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Media Manager to join our team at ADLIB Recruitment. As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the execution of Paid Search campaigns for a range of clients across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube and Display Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Paid Search strategies to drive campaign performance and achieve client goals.
  2. Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and delivery.
  4. Provide regular campaign performance reports and insights to clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Paid Search marketing.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in Paid Search management, ideally within an agency environment.
  2. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and YouTube Ads platforms.
  3. Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills.
