We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, providing a first-class service to our Home Owners, and making a positive difference in their lives.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for our Home Owners. You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, and organizing activities and events for our Home Owners.

This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of our Home Owners, and is hugely rewarding. If you have a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people, and a background in administration and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
