We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Photographer to join our team at Karen Millen, a leading fashion brand. As a Senior Photographer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital images of our products, working closely with our Studio Manager, Art Director, Stylist, and Production Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for product photography, ensuring consistency with our brand's visual identity.
  • Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Art Director to plan and execute photo shoots, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality images.
  • Take ownership of ensuring products are lit correctly, efficiently, and creatively, adhering to our company guidelines and brand creative direction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership qualities and consistently meeting KPIs.
  • Produce high-quality, consistently beautiful images, ensuring correct exposure and color consistency.
  • Prepare sets, checking that all equipment is functioning, setting up appropriate lighting, and maintaining accurate daily shoot records.
  • Name and maintain digital asset files, creating daily contact sheets and uploading to our creative platform.
  • Image selection: work with the stylists and art director to edit, crop, and process all images, maintaining file size specification guidelines.
  • Perform quality assurance on all images, ensuring they meet our brand's high standards.
  • Work alongside our Art Director to create seasonal gallery refreshes, accurately archiving images for easy access by other departments.
  • Ensure all images are ready in advance of online sales, meeting daily and weekly deadlines to prepare for new website material.
  • Meet deadlines, work well under pressure, and have a flexible attitude, collaborating effectively with the team.
  • Be responsible for the care and upkeep of all studio equipment, completing ad hoc duties as required.
  • Contribute ideas that support elevating our ecommerce gallery and maintaining our position as a premium, fashion leader.
