About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Craft Tradesperson to join our team, delivering exceptional service across various property types. You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied and void properties.
Your expertise will encompass a wide range of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, building work, and potentially groundworks and drainage. Experience with kitchen and bathroom installations would be highly advantageous. You'll utilize handheld devices to receive and complete assigned tasks, ensuring efficient and safe execution in line with best practices to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a City & Guilds qualification and a comprehensive understanding of Health & Safety regulations. You'll be a customer-focused individual with proven experience working in both occupied and void properties. A valid CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card is essential, along with a passion for delivering high-quality repairs promptly and efficiently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial. You'll be comfortable operating small hand-held plant equipment such as drills and breakers.
