We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as a Recruitment & Compliance Executive in Northern Ireland. As a key player in candidate acquisition and onboarding, you'll ensure outstanding compliance and quality standards, making a real impact on healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland, utilising proven recruitment strategies and proactive outreach.
  • Onboard Northern Ireland Nurses, Senior Carers, and Carers in adherence to company policies and Northern Ireland healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Candidate Team Lead and governance team to implement processes and optimise Northern Ireland onboarding procedures.
  • Stay informed about company policies, Northern Ireland healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in operations within a start-up, healthcare, or staffing industry.
  • Proven experience recruiting healthcare professionals in Northern Ireland, with a track record of success using Indeed, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach.
  • Knowledge of Northern Ireland healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
