Aperture Comms is seeking a dedicated full-time Social Media Assistant (35 hours per week) to contribute to the effective implementation of our esteemed digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a strong enthusiasm for the hospitality, leisure, and retail sectors, sharing our commitment to achieving impactful online presence.
Key Responsibilities
This position will require close collaboration with the Social Media Managers to support daily operations. Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Developing comprehensive monthly content strategies for clients.
- Producing on-demand content for clients, including graphics, stories, and short videos for platforms like REEL and TikTok.
- Researching and maintaining updated influencer databases, focusing on current trends and engagement metrics.
- Performing related tasks such as copywriting and conducting hashtag analysis.
- Monitoring market trends and assisting in the refinement of marketing strategies.
- Supporting photo editing and content production activities.
- Creating email marketing templates using HubSpot.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience in digital or social media marketing.
Proficiency in editing tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
Experience in utilizing social media platforms for business, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
A foundational understanding of influencer marketing and the dynamics of both organic and paid collaborations.
