About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at KLONDYKE GROUP LIMITED. As the Head of Culinary Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of all meals, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and implement menus and daily specials, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales and profit targets, driving business growth and expansion.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards.
