Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to lead our Housekeeping team at Premier Inn Faversham. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional results and exceed guest expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Housekeeping staff to achieve their full potential.
