About the Role

Clockwork Organisation Ltd t/a Travail Employment is seeking a skilled Stock Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain and distribution department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Inventory Management

As the primary contact for all stock-related inquiries, you will provide timely and accurate information on inventory levels, stock availability, and related issues to various internal departments.

Record Keeping and Reconciliation

You will maintain precise records and ensure timely reconciliations between our Sage system and third-party warehouse management systems (WMS).

Data Collection and Analysis

Assist in collecting data for product recalls or potential quality issues, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Technical Skills

IT literate, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel, and familiar with Sage software (full training provided).
