About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual to join our Facilities team as a Bank Facilities Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing cleaning and maintenance duties in all areas of our healthcare premises, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and compliance with legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of the ward/departmental/health centre/community hub teams, with a flexible approach within the Facilities Department.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance duties as required, including housekeeping, domestic, and portering duties.
- Ensure all areas of the premises are maintained to a high standard, complying with legislation and regulations.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Customer-focused approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Literate and numerate, with ability to follow and understand instructions.
- Ability to record information correctly and maintain accurate records.
