Conveyancing Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Secretary to join our client's busy property department at Verity Appointments 1993 Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Opening and managing files for conveyancing transactions
  • Performing searches and completion statements
  • Administering post-exchange completion tasks
  • Preparing and submitting SDLT forms
  • Communicating with clients, third parties, and internal staff
Requirements:
