About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional HS&E function, driving continual improvement and ensuring compliance with management systems.

This role will involve line managing a team of HS&E professionals, developing and implementing HS&E strategies, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the regional HS&E team, inspiring growth, learning, and support.
  • Develop and implement HS&E strategies, addressing short-, medium-, and long-term strategic growth and learning.
  • Engage and influence internal and external key stakeholders, including client, supply chain partners, regulatory authorities, industry bodies, and colleagues.
  • Lead, manage, and assure our HS&E management system, taking account of client requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and report on regional HS&E strategy and operational performance using internal and external metrics.
  • Deliver regional continual improvement of practice to unlock gains in HS&E performance and mitigate risks.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent in OHS.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across projects/contracts in the region.
  • Proven experience in leading and coaching a team to achieve high-performance outcomes.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting systems.
  • Proven at delivering results and meeting HS&E, financial, and operational KPIs.
