About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Butlin's in Skegness. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing the skills of our team in one of our fantastic food venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the skills of our team in a fast-paced and busy kitchen environment
  • Manage margins and control costs while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Ensure the health, safety, and hygiene of our guests and team members
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and concepts
About You

We are looking for individuals with experience in a similar level role who are passionate about delivering exceptional food and service. You should be a hard worker, determined, and reliable, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for leading a team. You will also need to have a Level 3 Food Safety qualification and be confident in managing a team to deliver high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours
