About the Role:

  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including twilight shifts and every other weekend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Partners to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high standards of performance
  • Drive sales and profit growth through effective commercial skills and strategic decision-making
  • Ensure consistently high levels of availability and merchandising, as well as delivering an efficient, legal, and secure store operation
  • Empower Partners to act with authority and accountability, while cultivating a supportive culture of care, belonging, pace, and productivity
  • Take on additional responsibilities, including Duty Manager and Deputy Head of Branch, as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong leadership and team working skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve high standards
  • Excellent commercial skills, with the ability to drive sales and profit growth
  • Ability to work flexibly, including twilight shifts and every other weekend
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with Partners and customers
