About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vehicle Sales Executive to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide personalized sales solutions to meet customer requirements.
    • Ensure seamless customer buying experience through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Sales Performance and Planning
    • Set and achieve daily sales targets through effective planning and execution.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Team Collaboration and Training
    • Work closely with the Product Specialist to ensure effective sales processes and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Relevant certifications or training in sales and customer service preferred.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
