About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at FNZ Group. As a Financial Analyst - Policy and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our CASS reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake CASS reconciliations and controls, providing oversight and governance of CASS matters within the FNZ CASS Office.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business objectives by assisting senior management in delivering CASS Compliant duties in accordance with the FNZ CASS and key business policies & Process/procedures.
  • Ensure CASS reconciliations are undertaken and completed to the required standards daily and as applicable, including identification and resolution of any CASS exceptions or issues – reporting to management as necessary.
  • Provide support to the team and CASS office to deliver compliant CASS practices and activities.
  • Support and deliver Management Information (MI) to cover CASS reconciliations and associated activity undertaken.
  • Support the CASS Office with any change or project involvement required.
  • Review and understand applicable CASS reconciliations procedures and practice.
  • Remain CASS competent, keeping up to date with required training and academic standards agreed with your manager.
  • Understand CASS rules and environment and be able to advise on behalf of the CASS Office, areas applicable to your role.
Requirements
  • Ability to analyze, present and report complex regulatory information to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong Excel skills including ability to take data from multiple sources and produce accurate and timely reports.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing business needs.
