Business Systems Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Technician to join our IT Team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the management and administration of our IT Business Systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the design and development of test scripts for our key business systems
- Participating in full regression testing to ensure operational impacts are identified and communicated
- Developing knowledge of our main business systems, including ERP and MES, and supporting day-to-day activities
- Monitoring end-user system performance, reporting issues, and maintaining communications to ensure appropriate resolution
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good IT skills, including experience in supporting business applications
- Ability to prioritise and analyse data with attention to detail
- Knowledge of MS SQL Server and ability to write complex SQL queries
- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability, with strong written and verbal communication skills
