We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team at Pilots Bar and Kitchen, a 150-cover restaurant serving an eclectic Brasserie-style menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a warm and attentive experience for guests.
• Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer relations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
