Telesales Executive Opportunity

Avocet Legal Careers is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join our client's fast-growing legal services company in Exeter.

This office-based role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to individuals who have made initial enquiries via our client's website or by telephone/email. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telesales or customer service, with excellent telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients
  • Take detailed information from prospective clients, ensuring the right questions are asked
  • Provide relevant information to prospective clients about our client's services
  • Draft accurate letters/emails to send to prospective clients and new clients
Requirements:
  • Proven telesales or customer service experience
  • Strong call handling experience
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong written communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Client-focused with exceptional customer service skills
  • Driven and motivated in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Benefits:
