About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Bakkavor Group. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our business strategy and driving cultural improvements across the organization.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the business. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
  • Supporting the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Managing the Right to Work process for the business unit
  • Supporting the performance management cycle and developing line managers through coaching
  • Delivering local OD initiatives and providing insight to senior leaders on root causes of business unit people issues

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can demonstrate a deep understanding of business priorities and challenges. You will have a proven track record of building relationships, influencing, and coaching partners, and challenging effectively.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence, and coach partners
  • Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable understanding of business priorities and challenges
  • Results-driven with excellent time management and prioritization skills
