**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Headteacher to lead our Lifton Community Academy, a school that serves the community of Lifton and is part of the Learning Academy Partnership. As a Headteacher, you will be responsible for ensuring that our disadvantaged learners are privileged through a culture of excellence and expectation.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the school in achieving academic excellence and improving student outcomes
- Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students, particularly those who face socio-economic challenges
- Collaborate with the school's experienced team and partner schools in the hub to drive school improvement and collective working
- Support the development of teachers and staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality education
- Work closely with the Trust's centralised business support service to ensure that the school has the resources it needs to succeed

We offer a competitive salary and a £5,000 relocation package for relocation outside of Devon or Cornwall. We also provide a fully centralised business support service, including finance, HR, Estates, IT, and more.
