RJC Group is a leading energy trading company seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with traders and other front office professionals to drive business efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with front office teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Liaise between front office, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and implementation
- Contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of trading and risk management systems
- Ensure seamless integration and functionality across platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and ensure that all solutions meet compliance requirements
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a front office trading or financial environment
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools
- Experience with trading platforms and risk management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
