About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team at a large social housing provider. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs to roofs, including patching, replacing roof tiles, and repairing gutters and downpipes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patching and repairing roofs to ensure they are watertight and secure
• Replacing roof tiles and ensuring a seamless finish
• Repairing and replacing gutters and downpipes to prevent water damage
• Stripping down and repairing chimneys to ensure they are safe and functional
• Performing other roofing duties as directed by the management team

Requirements:

• Valid driving license
• Experience in roofing and repair work
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials
• Good communication and teamwork skills
