Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, enthusiastic, and energetic Client Service Manager to join our fun-loving, creative, and talented team. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and projects, providing excellent customer service, and meeting business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts to provide excellent customer service by interpreting their needs into cost-effective, budget-achievable solutions that meet high standards.
  • Provide estimates and convert quotations into jobs by chasing and winning estimates/new jobs to meet company targets.
  • Manage all administration duties related to client accounts.
  • Meet and exceed set business targets and client Service Level Agreements.
  • Retail and grow the existing client base by identifying additional opportunities through direct communication with clients.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience within the print industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Basic numeracy and financial skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines by solving problems with own initiative, juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, and managing own time successfully.
