Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit or evaluate licenses, permits, exemptions, or deployment applications in accordance with regulatory standards for landspreading operations
  • Enhance and maintain knowledge of sustainable organic waste management solutions; keep the team informed
  • Propose or assess solutions for various organic waste recycling methods
  • Conduct audits and evaluations of operations for technical and health & safety compliance; provide training support as needed
  • Engage in bidding processes, including technical documentation
  • Participate in business development activities, including client site visits and pricing strategies
  • Represent the organization in relevant trade associations
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety policies and procedures
Candidate Profile:
  • Strong attention to detail and effective workload management
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying information and engaging stakeholders
  • Understanding of soil and plant nutrition
  • Experience in recycling organic waste to land and alternative outlets is preferred
  • Familiarity with organic waste/sludge regulations is preferred
  • WAMITAB Level 4 landspreading certification is preferred
  • FACTS qualification or equivalent is preferred
