We are seeking a skilled Site Agent to oversee site activities and workforce on capital projects within the water industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the site achieves required project delivery objectives while maintaining H&S, quality, environmental impact, and cost control.

Key Skills and Experience
  • Extensive experience in the construction industry
  • Substantial knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost control
  • CSCS Card
  • Experience within the water industry or another process-oriented industry with a civils background and knowledge of MEICA
  • Working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, Design Management, Programme and Risk Management, and cost control
  • Good knowledge of specifications and testing regimes relevant to general civil engineering
  • Experience managing subcontractors with a value greater than £1m
  • Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
