About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Support Manager to join our Estate Services team at RGB Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with specifications, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts for grounds maintenance, cleaning, window cleaning, and waste removal services
  • Lead contact for arranging and attending meetings with contractors and colleagues
  • Organize and maintain KPI and contract data
  • Monitor and record contractor performance and compliance with specifications
  • Work collaboratively with the Estate Services team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of amenity horticulture and grounds maintenance
  • Experience in contract management, preferably in a housing environment
  • Strong understanding of relevant Health & Safety legislation
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Word
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
