Job Summary:

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our team. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for providing accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties based on the best available data and comparable property sales.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough property valuations to determine accurate market values
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Operate in an allocated territory and build your own business, as well as contribute to the growth of our client's business
  • Stay up-to-date with local property market trends and provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the central support team to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Valuer or in a related role
  • Excellent knowledge of the property market, including property trends and valuation methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driver's license and access to a vehicle for business purposes
