GSL Education is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Exam Invigilation Specialist to support our educational team in providing a conducive learning environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exam Venue Setup: Ensure examination venues are set up with necessary equipment and materials as per guidelines.
- Student Monitoring: Monitor students to prevent malpractice and ensure adherence to exam guidelines.
- Exam Paper Management: Collect and organize exam papers at the end of each session.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to the examination process.
Requirements:
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for delivering clear instructions.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Previous Experience: Previous invigilation experience is beneficial but not required as training will be provided.
