About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education Group LTD. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with varying SEN, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, ensuring a smooth and engaging learning experience.
  • Support students with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, promoting their emotional well-being and resilience.
  • Collaborate with the student support department to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to supporting students.
  • Knowledge of SEN and its impact on students' learning and well-being.
  • Recent graduate or equivalent experience in a related field.
