Job Title: Account Advisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Account Advisor to join our team at believe housing. As a key member of our Money Matters team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice and support to our customers, helping them to manage their finances and achieve financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive advice and support to customers on welfare benefits, money management, and financial inclusion.
  • Assist the Money Matters and Tenancy Sustainment team leader in delivering a high-quality welfare benefit and money guidance service.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of money management and budgeting courses and campaigns for staff and customers.
  • Work across all believe housing locations to provide a seamless service to our customers.
