Your Role

In light of recent project acquisitions, we are seeking to expand our Coastal Engineering Team by adding a Lead Engineer. You will collaborate closely with both local and international teams to provide cohesive design solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and guiding the application of numerical modeling techniques to analyze wave dynamics, tidal movements, and hydrodynamic behaviors.
  • Overseeing a team to execute technical design tasks in accordance with established design standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Utilizing your design expertise in coastal structures, including flood defenses, sea walls, breakwaters, revetments, and beaches, adhering to relevant codes such as BS6349 and the EurOtop manual.

Work Environment

We embrace flexible working arrangements and are open to discussing how we can accommodate individual preferences. Our approach allows for a non-traditional work schedule, with no strict 9-to-5 hours or mandatory full-time commitments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary benchmarked against industry standards, along with a default of 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays. Employees also have the option to buy or sell additional leave days.
