As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling cruise holidays across a range of luxury cruise lines, including river cruises and six-star vessels. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice and recommendations to ensure a seamless and enjoyable cruise experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound cruise sales enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
  • Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines, including luxury and river cruises
  • Tailor-making cruise and stay packages to meet client needs
  • Upselling and booking ancillary products, such as shore excursions and spa treatments
  • Working to and achieving sales targets, with uncapped earning potential

What We Offer:

  • A guaranteed salary of £25,000, with uncapped earning potential
  • Commission paid monthly, when bookings are made
  • All quality leads and laptop/headset provided
  • Guaranteed educational and ship visit opportunities
  • Flexible hours, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
  • Other great benefits, including pension and 50% earnings for maternity and paternity leave

Requirements:

  • Recent cruise sales experience, across a range of cruise lines
  • Good personal cruise experience, a huge advantage
  • Confident and engaging telephone manner
  • Genuine interest and desire to specialise in the cruise sector
  • Proven sales and profit generated track record
