Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with specific needs, adapting resources and strategies to meet their unique requirements.
  • Work with small groups of students to enhance the learning process, promoting engagement and participation.
  • Assist teachers with various tasks, including lesson planning, equipment preparation, and recordkeeping.
  • Set up necessary materials for classes, ensuring a safe and organized learning environment.
  • Escort and supervise students on field trips and other school activities, promoting a positive and inclusive experience.
  • Follow school and class rules, teaching students proper behavior and reporting any issues to teachers.
  • Assist with classroom instruction, providing support and guidance to students.
