About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Restructuring Delivery Team as a Restructuring Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our graduate and school leaver intake, making a significant contribution towards the overall future development and success of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate insolvency, with a particular interest in training and development of junior team members. They will possess excellent technical, analytical, and report writing skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and a passion for student training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the delivery of processes of each of the seats in accordance with standard procedures and relevant compliance of RDT, Restructuring Advisory and RSM as a whole.
  • Develop internal relationships with colleagues both within RDT as well as the wider RSM service lines to support delivery of RDT objectives.
  • Work with others to manage both graduate and school leavers within RDT, including training, coaching, delegating tasks, and supervising staff.
  • Deliver 'on the job' training for team members.
  • Communicate regularly with the RDT Lead on key objectives, performance and team capacity.
  • Identify risk issues and ensure these are dealt with promptly.
  • Complete and submit timesheets and billing within deadlines and budgets.
  • Attend staff meetings and training as required.
