Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimating.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs & cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Evaluate potential risks and opportunities to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards.
