About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mechatronic Engineer to join our team as a Shift Maintenance Engineer in Lurgan. As a key member of our multi-site organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing planned maintenance tasks, leading Mechatronic improvement projects, and driving reliability through Root Cause Analyses on pipe extrusion and ancillary machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and develop planned maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliability.
  • Lead Mechatronic improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analyses to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Electrical engineering qualification and experience working in an industrial production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong automation skills and ability to work well in a team.
