Compensation Package:

Up to £110,000 plus a 10% performance bonus and additional benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in 70-80% hands-on coding utilizing C# and .NET.
  • Lead a high-performing remote team of 6 engineers.
  • Develop toolsets for extracting, transforming, and loading substantial volumes of customer data from intricate systems.
  • Address challenges by providing outstanding solutions.
  • Minimize technical debt within the team.

Candidate Profile:

  • A hands-on leader in .NET engineering with a successful history in a startup, scaleup, or rapidly growing company.
  • Proficient in producing high-quality code through Unit Testing, Integration Testing, TDD, or similar methodologies.
  • Experience with High Frequency ETL or Data Transfer/Migration, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a continuous delivery setting.
  • Demonstrated positive influence on teams and engineering practices.

Interview Process Overview:

The process consists of three stages: a discussion with the Director of Software Engineering, a technical interview, and a final interview with the Leadership Peer Group.
