Senior Relief Worker

We are seeking a Senior Relief Worker to join our team at Turning Point Scotland. As a Senior Relief Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to adults with diverse needs, promoting their independence, and empowering them to reach their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, family members, and other professionals to ensure seamless support
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting the dignity and autonomy of service users

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a support or relief capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use digital tools to support service delivery
