M&E Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of M&E site works, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and managing budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compilation and management of construction phase plans
  • Effective management of all contractors on site
  • Uphold a high level of Health and Safety
  • Manage overall mast project plan
Requirements:
  • Plumbing/Pipefitting background
  • Experience of Mechanical Design and build projects in the housing sector
  • SMSTS
  • Able to manage and deliver projects accurately
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • DBS Required
