As a Salesforce CRM Architect, you will play a key role in facilitating requirements development sessions, supporting implementation work, and leading design sessions to create future-state solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit current state pain points and uncover gaps in CRM best practices
  • Lead design sessions to create future-state solutions and be responsible for their approval and decomposition into user stories
  • Present complex information to both technical and business audiences
  • Work onsite and remotely with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, and implement Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Consultant for a mid-to-large sized organization, or direct consulting expertise leading sales and marketing transformation projects
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration and other CRM software
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools and ETL tools
  • SF Industries CPQ certification or certification in either Salesforce CPQ or Apttus CPQ
