This is a NIGHT part-time role (22 hours only)
We're looking for someone with a passion for care and a commitment to excellence. If you have at least one year of experience in the care sector and can demonstrate the following skills:
- Providing responsive and compassionate care to meet individual needs
- Creating a warm and friendly environment for residents and staff alike
- Establishing a person-centered approach to care
- Building a high-performing team through training and development
What does the role involve?
- Personal care, including washing and dressing
- Assisting with meals and eating/drinking support
- Completing daily care plans
- Supporting mobility
