Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and supervise the daily laundry operation to ensure efficient and effective processing of laundry.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties to a high standard.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in the laundry operation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and maintain laundry equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a laundry operation, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
