About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven National Account Executive to join our team at ECW Search. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with major retail partners in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full P&L Management: Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies. Collaborate closely with finance and sales teams to deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
  • Drive Digital-First Initiatives: Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement. Work with cross-functional teams to plan and implement social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives to significantly boost brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) Launches: Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to successfully launch exciting new products within the brand's ranges. Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and retail partner objectives.
  • Project Co-Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Play a key role in supporting and co-leading a high-impact project focused on accelerating growth for the brand. Engage with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG. Experience supporting P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Personality: Proactive, results-driven, with a passion for driving growth and a positive, can-do attitude.
