About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Contact Centre Sales Consultant to join our team at Sky. As a Contact Centre Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales results in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound calls from customers who are thinking of leaving or want to make changes to their Sky package
• Be a Sky Ambassador selling the right package to the right customer
• Have great conversations to meet our customer's needs, letting your personality shine
• Work 37.5 hours p/wk Mon-Sun with varied shift patterns to suit your lifestyle. When our customers need us most you'll work up to 5 hours extra per week (max 10 times per year) and bank this time to take back as extra time off

Where you'll work:
We're based at Kirkton Campus in Livingston and home to over 2000 colleagues. We have free onsite parking and operate a free shuttle bus service from Livingston North train station and Livingston shopping centre. You'll also have access to our subsidised canteen, free tea and coffee, hair and beauty salon, valet carwash, Amazon lockers, cash machine, covered bike storage, prayer room and shower facilities as part of the onsite gym.
