We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse to join our Primary Care team at HMP Doncaster, a category B Prison located in Doncaster.
As a Mental Health Nurse, you will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive assessments, initiate and review care plans, and develop treatment options for patients with complex mental health conditions.
You will also undertake medication rounds, assess and treat patients who may have undergone traumatic experiences, and provide outstanding evidence-based care to our patients.

Requirements
Qualified Mental Health Nurse
Current NMC registration
Evidence of Continued Professional Development
Experience of working with patients, face to face, who have complex mental health conditions
Experience of psychosocial interventions, group work, and awareness of substance misuse
Sound clinical knowledge and assessment skills, including risk assessment
