About the Role

The Internal Technical Support Engineer will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise to customers and supporting the external sales team. This position requires a strong understanding of Motor Control Gear, Switch Gear & Control Products, as well as excellent communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical solutions to customers via email and telephone
  • Support the external sales team with product knowledge and information
  • Accurately quote customers and provide product training to internal staff
  • Offer product range information to customers and provide technical support
