Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Support Advisor / Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations
- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process
- Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the dental team, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files
- Communication and Customer Service
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements
- Previous Front Desk Experience
- Previous experience working in a front desk or reception role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
