CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Tiler / Multi Trader to join their team in Battersea. As a key member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and void properties
  • Perform tiling, patch plastering, damp repairs, and full room plastering
  • Measure and cut various tiles, using spacers in corners
  • Undertake basic fabric duties and some plumbing activities, including clearing blockages and attending to burst pipes
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Experience working as a Tiler / Multi Trader
  • Experience in tiling in a commercial office environment
  • Good communication skills and health & safety experience
  • Basic PC literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet use
