Position Overview

Arcare Aged Care is a prominent provider of aged care services across Australia. We are in search of a Business Systems Support professional to enhance our team. The successful candidate will possess experience in managing and providing support for various enterprise systems, including HumanForce, eCase, Incident Management, Salesforce, DocuSign, and PageUp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain all business systems
  • Assist subject matter experts across diverse business units
  • Engage with software vendors
  • Contribute to project initiatives
  • Create reports and dashboards
  • Coordinate and manage system upgrades
  • Ensure service requests are addressed within established SLAs
  • Foster effective working relationships
  • Facilitate employee training sessions
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team
  • Perform additional duties as necessary

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity
  • In-depth knowledge of business systems
  • Quick learner with a strong analytical mindset
  • Solid understanding of the ITIL framework
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Current Police Clearance
